So I can keep measuring up to your standards, it’s a good idea to read thesesafety and cleaning instructions before using me. And why not keep themsomewhere handy? If you look after me … I’ll look after you!
- To be precise, I’m a precision instrument. Don’t pull me apart and avoidstrong shakes and shocks. And please supervise me around children or anyone whodoesn’t know how to use me properly.
- Don’t put me near the edge of a bench or table or on a sink drainingboard – I may not work if I drop on the floor! Make sure the surface isflat, clean and free of liquid and anything else that might upset me.
- It’s best to put your ingredients in the centre of my weighing platformso they don’t spill.
- Please keep my stylish good looks clean. If something is spilt on me, cleanit up straight away – I’ll work much better.
- Heat and I don’t get on – please don’t put me in direct sunlight, oron or near a hot surface. Ouch!
- I’m designed for household kitchen use, so don’t use me to weighanything heavier than 5.1kg (XX ounces) as I won’t work! And please don’tput anything on top of me when you’re storing me.
Delivery Times
We use CourierPost for most orders, which allows for fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. Delivery times are 1-2 working days but can vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address.
Heavy and Bulky Goods
Larger products will be shipped via Mainfreight. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks.

Most of our products ship for $4.90 to $8.90 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. An accurate shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.
