Care Instructions:
• Hand-wash only. Not safe for dishwasher use.
• Immediately after use, rinse the board under warm water and allow it to dryupright.
• To remove heavy odours, sprinkle coarse salt over the surface of the boardand rub it with a sliced lemon.
• Rinse the board under warm water and allow to dry upright.
• To preserve the wood, occasionally use a soft cloth to rub a small amount offood grade oil into the surface of the wood.
