The Max Scale doubles up as a chopping board so you can trim ingredientswithout the hassle of fetching a separate board. Measure your chosen ingredientas a whole and then cut off the desired amount, the scales can instantly measurethe amount left on the surface so you get a fast reading. If you don’t need tomeasure your chosen ingredient, the scales are great for quickly chopping ortrimming directly on the platform.
